Founded by the Miami-Dade County Board of Commissioners in 2004, the NW 7th Avenue Community Redevelopment Agency; Uptown Avenue 7 serves the NW 7th Avenue Corridor of unincorporated Miami-Dade County. Their mission is to position the 7th Avenue corridor as the premier location to work, shop & play by offering small business incentives and financial support for new and existing businesses.
